I am an ethical webmaster:

All domains are bought in the clients name and I give them the usernames and passcodes for their domains. The same is true of their website hosting. I keep backup copies of all sites I work on and provide them on CD rom at request. I charge $50.00/hour and bill by the minute. I provide detailed work records with every invoice. I have been creating websites since 1995 and been in business since May of 1999. All work I do for your site is owned by you. This includes scratch files of all graphic work, Ad copy, html and php code. Once you have paid me for services rendered, you own all of the materials. Although I can give you $120/year personal advanced webhosting I also work on sites that are not hosted by me.
